because peace is all we want..

Whenever I switch on the television, my mother asks me to flip to the news channel to see what new has happened in the city at that moment. Today, people hunt for the traces of peace in Karachi, but nowhere can they find it now. Was this the message of Quaid-e-Azam? Was this the reason why Pakistan was created? It is not only the youth or the lower class who suffers because of the killings and blasts; it is the whole Nation which is at risk.

Karachi is again subjected to brutal killing and once again there is a clash between the Pathans and the Mahajirs or rather should I say that it is the fight of two political parties. But it is the common man who suffers. It is the labor and the vendor who becomes a subject to such violence.

When will this stop? Nobody knows…

How will this violence come to an end? Nobody knows…

But what we all know and what we all can do, is pray for the safety of our Nation, because peace is all we want!

  1. I feel nostalgic about hearing good news in our beloved country, with every changing moment, we hear the news but not good one, we want peace exactly, but there are certain elements in our society that preach hatred for others, they preach us and them politics, when politics of us and them kicks in, some third party is covertly benefiting from it, we are ethnically, religiously, politically, racially , class wise divided very deeply, that we don't even recognize this problem.
peace will come, violence will come to end , and we will again start hearing good news if our divisions just disappear, we need national unity and leaders preaching that, unlike nominal political leaders that preach idhar hum, udhar tum politics.
